Losing eye contacts at the waterparks

I have been to BB numerous times and have always worn my contacts. I just close my eyes when needed. On the tube rides in the back of the park I just close my eyes before entering the pool at the end, on the lazy river just when there is water falling by the cave or squirting in the back by the house, and on the two rides behind the wave pool where you lay down and ride on a mat. If you curl the mat up a little it will help to deflect some of the water coming at you. I have never had a problem and even though I always have a spare pair of contacts with me on vacation, they never leave the hotel room. I have also been snorkeling many times with my contacts in, if the mask fits properly there is no water that will get in and there will be no problem.
