I have seen posts on this before. Isn't there something we can get to "celebrate" this event. Our DS7 has a tooth that is very loose and he keeps wiggling it. He doesn't know he is going to be at WDW next week. Trying to delay it till then.

Our DS has lost 2 teeth at WDW. Once at the ASMO food court and once in our room at the Swan. The Tooth fairy gave him Disney Dollars, but we didn't really "celebrate".

Someone I know's son lost a tooth at disney, "tinkerbell" gave him disney dollars.

My goodness, this reminds me of several years ago. My kids tend to lose their teethe a few at a time. We had taken the kids in Dec. 2003 for their Christmas present. Between then and when we left 10 days later, Zachary had lost 3 teethe, lol. He put them under his pillow and received tooth fairy money for them just like at home. We still laugh at those pictures, if they didn't have dates on them you would think we had gone 3 different times. :rotfl2:

My ds 6 has a very loose tooth and we leave tomorrow. Then I found out my dd9 has a loose tooth. I was wondering what to do special.

When my kids were little they lost teeth at WDW. What I did was, or I should say the tooth fairy left her usual thing and Tinkerbell left Disney Dollars. I used to use "pixie dust" (just stuff you can buy at craft stores) at home and would try to remember it when we were away. The kids thought it was cute.

Have Fun!!

DS6 lost a tooth at WDW when we were there in August. The first Sunday night we were there, we were on the Grand Gathering Magical Fireworks Voyage. DS struck up quite a conversation with our Pirate Captain, Patch. "Patch" told DS that the tooth fairy gives $50 for any teeth lost at WDW. :earseek: :teeth: The funny part is that DS lost his tooth the next afternoon right before we went to the HDDR. Low and behold, who comes marching in as "Sixbits", but our pirate Patch! We recognized each other, and when Patch came by our table, DS got to show him that he lost his tooth. Patch...er Sixbits made a big deal about it. It was very cute. Anyway, DS got $10 in Disney Dollars, but that's only for teeth lost in WDW. At home the tooth fairy leave $1 disney dollar.
