Just weigh yourself once a week on your chosen day, and post the results on here
if anyone has any hints or tips please share them with us!
mine are , drink plenty of water, the colder the better as your body has to work much harder to keep your body temp up and so you do burn a bit more off!
Try not to eat after 8pm. or 7pm if you can
