Other than being roller coasters, they’re nothing alike. Very hard to compare.

Yup. As well as "are you one of the very few people who has even been to Epic Universe since it opened a month ago, or are you going to default to the thing that's been open for 20 years?"

I don't agree - I far prefer Universal to Disney - but I chose Everest as far as a better coaster.
And yes I have been to Epic 4 days and I've ridden Hiccups multiple times.

I'll probably also ride Hiccups again many times before I go ever back to Disney.

Hiccups is a fun ride, more intense than I expected. I would compare it to Slinky Dog and it would def be better than Slinky as it doesn't seem to do the slower rolling stuff, but it's fast with banking. Great middle of the lane coaster for brave youngsters and very enjoyable by adults.

I voted Expedition because it is highly themed, has a wide range of track experiences and a great thrill ride.
