We have eaten there Twice in the last year and had great meals and service!

I've eaten there at least a dozen times. It's not bad, but not great. The tables are VERY close together, you'll definitely know your neighbor before you leave.

The service has ranged from mediocre (that's being kind) to very good.

The food is pretty good.

Frankly I prefer Macaroni Grill for half the cost.

IMHO Mama Melrose's in MGM is a much better choice, great food and service.

As with everything in life, you need to try it yourself rather than rely on other's opinions. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes and their own opinions. I often see horrible reviews for places I love (like Alfredo's) and rave reviews about places that give me indigestion just thinking about them (50's Prime Time Cafe).

That said, Alfredo's is one of my favorite eateries in WDW. Great service and wonderful food.
