I have been using this product for over a month. I admit I was skeptical but I am so happy with the results! My lashes really are longer and thicker and look so much better with mascara! Has anyone else see tried it?

I tried it for a few weeks and got discouraged because I wasn't seeing results. I have fine, sparse, blonde lashes, and I was expecting to see results sooner. I am now trying Rapidlash, and I am going to stick with it until I use it up.

Did you use the serum during the daytime, too? I was a little confused. I got the mascara/and conditioner along with the serum and I thought you used the serum at night only and the conditioner(which is really more like a base coat) with the mascara during the day? I may try it again if I think I was using it wrong.

Anyway, I ended up dying my blonde lashes black...and my blonde eyebrows brown. I am LOVING those results! One light coat of mascara gives me better results than 2 did before!

Sorry to the OP for the thread hijack....but how do your dye your lashes? I have never heard of that before & am now very intrigued!

No, but I will now! :thumbsup2

I also got the combo package of serum and mascara/conditioner. I use the serum at night only, and the conditioner/mascara during the day. But it did take several weeks to notice a difference.

Are there side effects like darkening of the iris (like they advertise for Latisse... the product warnings say that Latisse can cause darkening of lighter colored irises)? That's what's holding me back from trying these lash products... I do not want my blue eyes to change!!! They're the one feature I have that I really LIKE!! :)

I bought this-one brown kit for my brows and one black kit for my lashes. (I tried the brown on my lashes, but it wasn't dark enough for me.) It was pretty easy, and you can also have someone apply it for you. I have red hair, but they didn't have auburn. It looks a lot better than the eyebrow pencil I was using. I love the color of my lashes..now to get them fuller with the serum!

Any idea if you can use this product on your eyebrows? It's so odd.....over the past few years I've lost much of my eyebrows, to the point I think it looks like I shaved them off! LOL

DisMN,
Have you ever had your thyroid checked? I saw on Dr. Oz that sparse eyebrows, particularly the outer eyebrow side, is a sign of thyroid disease. My DH has sparse eyebrows and he does have an overactive thyroid, and now takes meds for it.

Oh many times but the tests always come back *normal* (although I'm a firm believer that many lab test values are out of whack. LOL)
Thanks for mentioning it though....I go in for a routine checkup next month and I think I'll pester the doc about my thyroid questions again. :)

I've been using Rapid Lash at night since December and my lashes have grown very nicely. :thumbsup2 Then I use L'Oreal's serum on days that I don't use mascara, it just gives the lashes a nice sheen. For dinner out or when I'm wearing more makeup, I use the combo conditioner and mascara. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

I never heard of this! My brows are like that, they are thin/sparse to begin with-not really bad..but they thin out to nothing at the outer part. I will ask my Dr at my next thyroid check up. I am on Synthroid, but I didn't know this was a symptom! Thanks for the info!

i have a question for the lash serum users...i just saw this product on tv for the first time tonight. is there any indication that your lashes return to their original state if you stop using it, like with latisse? i'm also curious if it can possibly permanently darken the iris of the eye, like latisse? frankly, latisse is frightening...my eye color is very unique, and i'm not going to risk it just for thicker lashes (which i would love to have). has anyone noticed any eye changes or thinning of lashes after stopping lash serum?
