Loose Ice Question

We are here now and have taken in ziplocks full of ice every day. We stick them in our cooler to keep our drinks and snacks cold. One cast member while checking our bags said, "Oh good! It looks like you got the memo about no loose ice"

So ice in bags is fine. The problem is a cooler full of loose ice that they have trouble digging through in order to see what is in your bag.

Awesome! Thanks for this! 5 days til we go and I keep thinking about this haha

Just curious why so many people need so much ice in the park? I can understand for medical purposes I.e. insulin, but not sure what else unless people are bringing in full on meals, snacks, drinks?? ‍♂️

All of the above.

We only bring a small lunch bag/soft sided cooler but we pack a couple bottles of water and sandwiches, granola bars... it’s just nice not to have warm water and food. I only put a small ziploc of ice... not a ton at all.

We take mostly drinks, especially bottles of water and sometimes soda. We also pack sandwiches or salads that require refrigeration, snacks like cheese sticks, fruit, etc. It saves us a ton of money which means that we have more money to spend on Table Service restaurants, nicer hotels, and we have annual passes so we get to go to Disney more often because we try to pack or eat one meal per day in our hotel room. So we pack a small cooler every day.
