Thank you Kathy. It is slow but hopefully sure. I guess I expected too much too soon. But every day shows a bit more improvement. Hopefully in 2 weeks I will be just about there. Gotta feel good for Disney!

Isn't a great feeling when you walk up to that counter & they say your are in such & such building & this floor and it's just what you asked for.

Star Tours was lots of fun. Jeff & I may make a trip to DHS in 2 weeks so we can ride that & our 2 fav's ToT & RNRC. It is no fun if the simulators make
you queasy. If it did it to me I would skip it.

So yesterday I started a new update & posted a bunch of pictures & then I hit a few buttons on the keyboard & lost it all..Uugh so let's start this again.

Before we get back to the TR I have to show you my son Cody's senior night for soccer. He has been playing soccer since he was 5 years old. He played on all kinds of travel teams, indoor teams & school teams. Well Wed. night was their last home game for high school & it was a great night. We are very proud of him & not to brag too much but he is one of the only players that the coach did not take out of the game. He played the whole game every game. Ok enough bragging Here are some pics of the night

I thought I would be really emotional because of the last home game thing but what got us all emotional was at the end of the game. With 2 minutes left we were down 4-1. There is a special needs player that is on the JV team. Well he was there at the game & with a few minutes left one of our players faked an injury so that they could put this player in for us. The coach on the other team gathered his team together & they let our player get the ball & score a goal!!! We were all cheering & crying at the same time. What a special moment in this boys life & we were there to cheer him on.

OK back to the TR...
I left off where we rode Star Tours. After that we walked around a bit & then got the boat to the Boardwalk. We were headed to the ESPN club as the Bruins were in the finals. BIG Bruins fans in this house!! So we got a table up in the back of the room. It was so funny as the bar there was full of Bruins fans (mostly guys-not sure where the families were).

At one point I left them to walk around the Boardwalk & shop a little
I think the Bruins lost that game but they came back to win the Stanley Cup!!
After the game we took the boat back to HS & the bus back to POFQ.

Just did some & made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies so I thought I would do another update.

We usually start our first full day with MK. I just feel like I am not really there until I go to MK. We start our MK day with an early ADR at Crystal Palace. I love this place & the boys love the buffet. And it is great to walk down an empty Main St. early in the am & walk towards that beautiful castle

After a wonderful breakfast that I would recommend to anyone we headed over to Tomorrowland. Now this is the day that the Bieber name was chosen for the trip title. We walked to the rope & there was a CM there named Jason. Cody wears a hat & he wears it sideways. So as we were standing there Jason looks at Cody & says "Oh look we have Justin Bieber here with us today". Well we busted out laughing. If you knew how much Cody cannot stand Justin Bieber it was so funny. For the rest of the trip I kept calling him Justin & he would give me this mad look. Of course the rest of us got a kick out of it. Cody to this day remembers Jason's name & says "If I ever see Jason again watch out. So we had a good laugh all week. I did not know I was the mother of a celebrity.

The girls in my office always tell me to take time & smell the roses so I did just that

So we walked on Space Mountain then headed over to Buzz

I was concentrating & I remember getting the biggest score but did not snap a pic in time

Then we headed here

The boys love this and can do it over & over because it is different every time & always funny.

In between doing these things Ryan went over to Splash Mountain to get FP's but Splash was down It's my absolute favorite ride in all of Disney. So I was not too happy & they kept saying they did not know if & when it would be running so we got FP's for BTMR & headed over to Haunted Mansion

We kept checking Splash & it was still down so we headed to lunch with Sony

According to my receipts we purchased our mugs that morning at the Sassagoula Food court. I love getting the mugs. A good souvie that you can use throughout the trip.

Since Splash still was not up we headed back to the resort for a swim & rest.

And a great MK update. I have to tell you our youngest son, Mark, wears his hat just like Cody. My husband and I will NOT walk with him unless he wears it the right way. I guess boys will be boys.

It was a great morning. Any morning walking down Main St., having a CP breakfast, & riding makes for a great morning!!

Yeah Cody says he doesn't like him but I think he wishes he WAS him. He would not mind all the girls swooning over him.

Senior Night was a night I will never forget in more ways than one.

Brook you're here!!! Yes Universal was fun as it was something new for us. I liked it but still could not wait to get to Disney.

That moment in the soccer game is something we will never forget. And after he scored our whole team circled around him & it was such a great moment.

Purchased a few Disney items this week when I went shopping. First was while going to Rite Aid

And these were at Bed Bath & Beyond. I ordinarily would never pay $15.99 for a teeny plastic cup but Mickey & Minnie were calling my name

So after going back to POFQ for my afternoon visit to the pool we headed to Epcot as we had an ADR at Teppan Edo for 6:10. Jeff & I had eaten here for the first time in May of 2010 for our 25th anniversary. We loved it so much that I made an ADR so Ryan & Cody could experience it.

It looks Ryan is balding but he just has a REALLY short haircut
He has me buzz cut his hair like every 4 weeks because he does not like it long. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The only thing they did not like was the dry rice. It is a lot of fun watching them cook it right in front of you. And the Tokyo Sunset cocktail is not too bad either

Here we are after our meal. I look like I gained at least 10 pounds!!

After our meal we ventured into the Karamel store

Love this place!! We purchased 2 fudge choc caramels, a caramel marshmellow & a caramel dipped milk chocolate.

After our yummy purchases we got a spot in front of Germany for Illuminations. This is my absolute favorite night time show. I have the CD & I make sure I see it at least twice during our trips. Here are a few pics while we were waiting...

I must have taken pictures of Illuminations with my camera phone as I do not have any on my computer and all my camera phone pics were lost when my phone died.

Anyway it was wonderful as always & then we headed back to POFQ for showers & rest for our next day.

We always eat at Teppan Edo - it's great food & a fun environment. Although I have to admit the antics are getting a bit old... I hope we see something new one of these times.

Sorry you lost your Illuminations pictures... but I'm sure you'll see it again.

Teppan Edo looks really good. We've never been (we do hibachi in Naples with Nicki & Todd). Great family photo. We've not seen Illimuniations in a couple of years (have to admit I prefer Wishes and Fantasmic), but we did see parts of it as we walked through WS last month).

Hi Erika. Thanks for reading along. Yeah #2 is a hit. Thanks for your input.

Our dates are 4/19 to 4/27. It is April vacation week from the 23rd to the 27th so Cody will only miss 2 days of school. It figures his tough classes will be during that time. But the boys have never had too much of an issue missing a few days. I have taken them out for longer but don't really like doing that as they have that much more to do either before we leave or when we get back. Eight nights will be great!!

I have so wanted to go this time of year for so long I cannot believe we are a week away. I have been reading up on all the food booths & writing down all the food I want to try. Have you ever been during this time of year??

I thought being home on sick leave I would be bored but it has been CRAZY between appointments & soccer etc. Tonight the team has their last team dinner so I baked for that today & had a doctors appointment. He gave me the OK for Food & Wine Festival & said I could eat & drink to my hearts content!!! Of course I do not drink all that much but was very excited about being able to eat what I want. With my Colitis I worry about salads, corn, beans etc. but my doc feels that food is not an issue.

So 1 week from today we will be in Disney. I cannot wait. I am trying to get this report done but I cannot seem to get far. I am too busy reading everyone elses TR's.

Wednesday May 25th, 2011 (Our 26th wedding anniversary)

We started the day here

We love RNRC & ToT so that is always where we head first. Ryan ran & got FP's for TSM & we waited for him at RNRC

We rode both without much wait & then headed to Starring Rolls for some yummy breakfast. We got a cinnamon bun, Choc Chip Muffin, Cheese Danish, Choc Croissant (MINE), & an Apple Danish. Everything was so good!!

The birds thought it was good too!!

After that we headed to my DH favorite thing-yes he gets a kick out of this.

I do not have pics of our scores but Ryan usually beats us all & I get the least points. I try really hard but I never seem to get a good score.

After that we headed to Epcot as we had a late lunch ADR at LeCellier for 2:50. We took the boat over from HS

Happy 26 Years!! It does not seem that we have been married that long. Time flies when you are having fun

All of us really love the atmosphere of LeCellier & the food so it is a must for us every trip. Cody already told me he wants to eat there next April so tomorrow morning I will be making our ADR's

DH had the Filet
Ryan had the Salmon (he LOVES salmon & tries it at every place he can)
And Cody had the Chicken Crepe

Gotta get to Cody's team dinner.
