I know this is fairly subjective, but since this is going to be our first trip to Fort Wilderness, it seems like I could leverage past experiences to make a loop request.
Family of 6(Mom, Dad, 2 daughters (6 and 9) and BIL and SIL) at FW May26-Jun4 premium site reserved
Key elements for our request:
34 foot travel trailer, so it's not the easiest beast to back into tight spots
we will have a golf cart so we should be relatively mobile
I think we want to be close to the pool, but maybe this is no big deal with a golf cart.
I think we don't want to be near the campfire, because my kids will want to go every night and we need them to be in bed fairly early a few nights for big days.
Not opposed to pets, but all things being equal I would prefer not being in pet loop. (less chance of a yipping dog next to me)
So I'm really trying to figure out if it's important (with a golf cart) to be close to the pool, ferry, trading post etc.
If not we could go for one of the more secluded spots, and that would be great with me.
I'd be interested in any thoughts you all might have as well as specific loop recommendations if your so inclined. I know it's a matter of opinion, but I also know that your opinion will be a lot more valid than mine.
Thanks in advance!
