I hope not.. Well I guess walking 40 blocks to work each way IF I can find a parking space in Manhattan above 96th street. ... They are going to stop all cars unless there are 4 in a car below 96th street.. I heard that my job may have a carpool to get my fellow nurses to work.

I think there's a lot of posturing going on, but I don't think there'll be a strike. look for a court-ordered "cooling off" period around midday Saturday.

if not, then -- anyone wanna share a cab from Penn Station to Wall Street?
