Looking to swap park reservations for 2/23 MK for HS

We have 7 people reserved for 2/23 for HS, we’d prefer to do MK on that day. Both parks are sold out. Is there any means anyone know of to swap reservations if someone was looking to swap? Not sure how to facilitate that but there must be a way?? Seems like there should be.

OP there is no easy or guaranteed way to swap reservations. Also, no guarantee that if you drop, either or both parties would be successful.

if you really want to swap parks I would recommend to keep looking although the availability calendar is not updated real-time. You could try to drop one reservation to see if you could pick up the park you want but that is very risky as someone else may pick up your reservation when you are trying then you would be separated from your party. Also, there is zero guarantee this would work for all tickets.

If it was me I would plan to stick with what I have unless the calendar shows green again but it is still risky when parks are running at/near capacity.

If it were me I would plan to keep what I have and move forward. Any options come with risks too great for me.

I just checked and 2/23 is showing availability for all parks currently. Of course this could change at a moments notice.

I actually mis-stated what I was looking for… I wanted to swap on 2/22, not 2/23. But it’s good to see it can open up, so I’ll just keep an eye on things.

To my question, I was wondering if Disney had some internal way of switching reservations between guests, without them having to release and other party book. Like thru their customer service. But I am guessing they don’t do that lol.

Even club level CMs can’t throw their pixie dust on this - even for one person. My kid and I were staying CL and she decided last minute she wanted to do a lazy Epcot Flower and Garden day instead of AK. I’m AP and she’s not, and there were plenty of regular hotel guest res for Epcot but no AP or AP hotel guest. I switched her and then asked a CL CM if there was anything that could be done, thinking “no problem; she’s got this.” She typed on her iPad, even called someone. Nope. My daughter went to Epcot by herself around noon (she was 23, so all good), and I trekked to AK to tap in so I could meet her in Epcot after 2:00.
