Looking to rent pts for OKW or Boardwalk villa

We are looking for someone to rent points for 3 BR villa at OKW or Boardwalk for Oct 27-Nov 1. Points for OKW is 243 and Boardwalk is 412. Unfortunately, we are not too flexible with less BR's since in-laws and young children will all be together! I do not know if there is availability but would appreciate any responses! Thank you. With less than five months until you want to go, you may be out of luck. You may have to do a couple of two bedrooms instead of the grand villa. But you never know.

The only issue could be availability of Grand Villa.
