We would like to rent from someone (please!) 170 pts for a 1 BR at OKW 9-29 through 10-06.
We are willing to pay $10 pp with 25% down (upon confirmation), 25% in February, and the remainder in July (60 days prior to reservation). (This is negotiable . . .
