Looking for your embossing suggestions!

Husband and I are going on a 25th wedding anniversary Disney cruise. Seeing I have had no luck finding a Disney/Cruise album I am thinking I will need to buy a nice album and get it embossed. I am looking for suggestions for what to put on the album cover. Any ideas will be appreciated. Also has anyone seen the CM silver album in person-thinking of that color as its a "silver" anniversary.

The CM Sterling album is a pale silvery gray....hard to describe, but it is a nice color. It isn't metallic. I just pulled one off my shelf to give you a review....the silver embossing border shows up really nicely, the album color is just a bit darker so it stands out beautifully. I think it would do nicely for an anniversary album. If you'd get custom embossing from a place like Goldstamp I'm sure it would look lovely. I'd probably stick with something simple like "25th Anniversary Disney Cruise"

Can you ask your CMC if she has one in stock to show you? The most recent catalog really doesn't have any photos of the Sterling.

Another idea is the Passport album...one of my customers is doing a Disney Cruise album in that right now and its turning out beautifully. But that doesn't really reflect the anniversary at all.

I located a CM consultant and she is suppose to get ahold of a silver album so I can see it in person and decide if I want to order one. I also like your idea of keeping the embossing on the cover simple. Regarding "Goldstamp" is this a store or a mail order type place. I had never heard of it. Thanks for your help.

Goldstamp is a company that will emboss albums by mail order...they have a website www.goldstamp.com

There are other services that do this...but this is the only one I'm familiar with. I haven't used them yet but I plan to eventually. They have a really nice starfish that can be embossed and I have a beach album that it would look great on!
