Looking for Windsor Palms Townhouse

I am looking for a 3 bed/3 bath townhouse in Windsor Palms.

If you've had a good experience with a particular owner or property, could you please post it or pm me?

I would also rent a small house with pool in the same area.

Hi.... I just booked a townhome in Windsor Palms and have had good experince so far with www.orlandosecret.com. They have a 6 bedroom house and a 3 bedroom townhome. There prices beat anything I was able to find on www.VRBO.com. VRBO is a great sight to. The owners reply quickly to emails and answer all questions I have had. You pay with paypal so everything is secure. Pictures and rates were posted. Best of luck.

We stayed at this 3 BR last summer and are considering it for this summer (may need a larger house this year). The owners were great to deal with and their price includes taxes, which was a pleasant surprise by comparison. The house was quite nice, well stocked, comfy beds, and an end unit.

We stayed at the exact same one! What a small world! FYI - they also have their own website <http://hoddertownhouse.com/>, and are listed in vrbo.com (can't remember the link to that one). Anyway, they were indeed great to work with and the place was plenty nice enough. Keep in mind WP is a little older than Windsor Hills, and their condo did show a little more 'wear and tear'. Example - the back patio light had a burned out bulb (which can happen anywhere) but it also didn't have a globe around the bulb and there was a huge stain on the downstairs bedroom carpet.

Having said all that - it was WELL WORTH the price. The pool was great to have right on the back porch, and we had a blast. If you're interested in other places, let me know. As you can see by my signature, we've stayed at a few places between Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms....

Small world indeed! I know they had done updating - furniture, tv's - just before we arrived last year. I don't recall a stain in the carpet, but maybe I missed it? One other note is that they included a "set-up" stock with some paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, etc.. Made it nice to walk in and be able to settle without running to the store first.
