Hi! I have already made reservations for Oct. 18-24, 2009 at the Wilderness Lodge. I really want to rent a 2BR Villa at the VWL but cannot reserve yet. We have a couple of questions about renting points. First, what should I do to protect myself in order to rent somebody's points? I know there is trust involved but I could use some advice from experienced DVCers what questions I should ask and how do I check references? We are considering buying a membership as well since we have a 3 year old now and could justify the expense. I would really appreciate any information I could get since this planning is a bit overwhelming right now. Thanks! -Mike
