My favorite dinner is chicken parm. On our last trip we tried Mama Melrose and it was okay, but nothing special. I am guessing Tony's can't be too much better or worse.

I see Via Napoli has it on their menu. Should I try that or am I messing somewhere else that has chicken parm?

Thanks

Il Mulino at the Swan/Dolphin might have it on the menu. I agree that Tony's and Mama's are OK, but nothing special. I'm looking forward to trying Via Napoli's version.

I forgot about Il Mulino. We will have our 6 year old daughter with us. Do kids usually go here? Shula's is the one where they prefer adults only right. We won't be on the dining plan next trip so maybe we should try it now.

We were just at Il Mulino last week and DH ordered the chicken parm for dinner. It was great and he loved it. It was huge! We weren't with our kids, but we saw families there with children. It was a really nice place and the food and service were great.

I love the chick parm at Mama Melrose... but not so much at Tony's. So seeing you didn't care for it at Mama's, surely then Tony's may be worth skipping for you.

I enjoyed the chicken parm at Tony’s a lot more than at Mama Melrose. The reason being Tony’s chicken parm is fried while Mama Melrose is baked.

Il Mulino has it's fair share of children dining there. Yes, Shula's (without a readily available and/or published kid's menu) does seem to be geared for adults.

The chicken parm at Il Mulino is excellent, and huge, but it does not come with pasta, so keep that in mind when ordering.

A girl from the North East looking for good chicken parm in Florida. You should know better than that....

I know, I know. Nothing will top my favorite local italian place that I get chicken parm whenever we go. Unfortunately DH hates to go out to eat so on the rare occasions I can go out for dinner I look for chicken parm.

Im hearing the chicken parm at via napoli is good, DH and I will be getting a individual pizza and a chicken parm and sharing it next month! Was gonna try it at Tonys as well

You are out of luck, just average at best Chicken Parm, kinda like the bland crap u get at olive garden or carrabas.
