Looking for suggestions for a going away gift

Our favorite waitress is moving to Texas at the end of the year. Her going away party is tomorrow night and I'm looking for some gift ideas. Her family is very tight-knit and her mother is upset that she's going so far away. My thoughts so far are:

a Yankee Candle or two
A phone card so she can call home
McDonald's (or some other national chain) GC so she won't have to spend money eating on the drive out there.
A gas card

Any and all thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Phone cards and gas cards are great ideas. When we moved away for a short time someone gave my parents a bottle of sand from our beach with tiny shells in it to remind us of home. Maybe something from your area? Or maybe something about Texas. One of the sports teams in her new area's tee shirts or hat might be a fun gift.
