Looking for retirement themed door decorations

Hello,

I just found out today that my mom is retiring and her very last day of work FOREVER is the day before our cruise!

I am so... excited for her and this is also her first Disney cruise. I would love to have some items to decorate her cabin door with. I was thinking of something cruise or beach themed with "Happy Retirement Karen" but I am open to any suggestions as you all are much more creative than I am.
