Hi everyone,

These boards are so helpful, and from one of my other posts, it seems that Epcot has some very good restaurants. Just hoping people could recommend a few - we're looking for economical, if possible, and kid-friendly, as we'll have our 7, 5, and 3 year old with with. Thanks so much!!!

If you are looking for counter service then Sunshine Seasons in the Land is always a favorite with good food and a great bakery. Then of course every country has a counter service there so you could choose almost anything that sounds appealing to you.

Now if you are looking for Table Service places....I would try Akershus (especially for breakfast) in the Norway Pavilion. This has the princesses coming around the tables and Belle in her yellow gown greeting everyone at the door. The price for adults is $39.40 and for kids ages 3-9 it is $23.42 (of course lunch and dinner will be higher) and this includes all you can eat food, hot food comes to your table and there is a cold bar with different meats and cheeses, fruit, and pastries. Plus the photo taken with
Belle is also included in the price. This is a must do for our family.

Another good one is Garden Grill in the Land. This too is a character meal which has Farmer Mickey, Chip and Dale, and Pluto. This is only open for dinner and the food is great (everything is grown right in the Land). This is the restaurant that moves while you eat (of course at a snails pace so you won't get sick). The price for this is $30.99 for adults and kids are $14.99. Your food comes out family style and if you ever want more of anything they will be glad to serve you.

Lastly, in the WS there are so many different places to eat, it all just depends on what your taste buds like. I would suggest going to allears.net and checking out the different menus/prices and then decide from there. Hope this helps you out.

My recommendation (if you are thinking of doing some sit down meals) is to try doing them at lunch. The lunch menu is less expensive than dinner and my 7 and 5 year olds always enjoy a refreshing midday break where we can linger just a little bit over lunch. I find it gives them more stamina for the afternoon and early evening.

If you were thinking of table service meals, I think your kids would really like Coral Reef, Chefs des France, Rose and Crown and Biergarten. My kids also really loved Teppan Edo but it's a bit on the pricey side as there is no difference between the lunch and dinner menu.

If you were thinking of mainly doing counter service places, we've found Sunshine Seasons, Kringla Bakery (Norway) and the France Bakery great options for lunch or dinner.

HTH and have a great trip!!
