I have 91 points that expire 2/1/06 that are available and would seem to fit what you need for a standard studio for 1 week.

We are longtime DVC members/owner and hate to lose points. If interested, please send me a note. We have never "rented" because we have always used our points but I think I understand the process of renting. Going rate looks approx $10 per.

If needed, I could probably borrow some of my 2006 to accomodate what you are looking for - at least that is a possibility but not my first preference.
