looking for lime green mickey head

Hi havehave seen on the windowing decorating thread a green mickey head that said do you dis on one ear and the other ear Walt Disney World and in the middle it has your user ID could someone please do this with Jazcat on it thank you so much

I have this one. I don't remember who I got the original from but all it said was is under the head. If you want I can remove the wording underneath the head
