Looking for Liberty Tree Tavern Reviews

I found the food here just so so. I don't understand why everyone raves about this place. The character interaction was good and helped to make up for the food. The turkey is pressed, the potatoes are the rehydrated kind, and while the flank steak had good flavor, it was overcooked. Chef Mickey's was much better.

There is no menu to order off of, but they do give you one that lists everything you get, it does resemble a menu. (I know, confusing sounding) I'll post it as soon as I can so you can see it. The turkey we had wasn't pressed. I thought the potatoes were good. They certainly didn't taste boxed to me. The veggies were very good. It was a chopped zuccini, summer squash, onion mix, cooked just right, not mushy at all! The steak was cooked medium rare. Exactly how I like it, with some pink in the middle. I didn't try the mac & cheese, because I just don't care much for it, but the kids liked it.
Overall, it was very good and we will definatly go back.

Christmas 2001. Like I said, the characters were great, but we thought the food was just OK.

Our family opinion is that we love LTT. It is a must-do for us every year. The character interaction is really great and we've never had a problem with the food. The declaration salad is excellent as well as the flank steak and potatoes. I don't even have a problem with the mac'n cheese. We have also really enjoyed lunch there off the regular menu. And I think its a plus that they've added Daisy and Donald since they are pretty hard to find at character meals or otherwise. Have fun if you decide to try it!

We've got a 5:50 PS for the Oct 5 MNSSHP. Hopefully not too late, but that was all they had. If seated near then, we should get out right about the time the party kicks in.

I've probably read this somewhere on the board, but everything I've read here has nearly turned my brain to mush. In a good way.

Do they rush you during these meals like some of the character breakfasts do?

hol-comb mania--

I've never been rushed at the LTT character meals, halloween or otherwise. My priority seating is for 5:20 the night of the party so I think it'll work out well, your should too. Have fun!
