So my sons 12 years old and this Christmas I have no idea what to buy hi, so alot of gift cards coming his way, but that is hard too, we leave for Disney 3 days after Christmas doubt he will be bale to go shopping within that amount of time anyways . ..

I have 2 "experience" presents for him, one taking him to a nascar race, another one to monster jam, rather then just writing it out on a piece of paper and giving it to him, does anyone have a cool/different idea?

what about buying a nascar and monster truck toys and wrapping those up and let his figure it out about the tickets....

Why don't you make up a treasure hunt for at least one of them and wrap up the start of the hunt.

Another fun way would be to get an orament that opens and put the paper inside and have him hunt of the tree for his gift.

Getting him t-shirts and ball caps that he can wear to each event and wrap those up too.

Buy a puzzle with a NASCAR picture -- write a message on the puzzle, give him only the pieces (no box!), let him put it together and it will all come together!

Does he have his own camera to take with him on the nascar experience and the monster jam? So many places are offering great deals right now on high pixel point and shoot cameras.

Great idea, then what just write it down on a piece of paper inside?
