I ordered photo gifts from a website. I received half of my order and am still waiting for the other half. Here's the kicker part. On my online order it show's the other half (the half I did NOT receive) as received and the one I received as still open (for delivery).
Luckily, I received the most expensive part of my order. I called the customer service number, talked with a person who seemed/sounded experienced and she said that my order should be resolved. Its been 9 days since I should've received the first half of my order ( I called four days later) and I have not received any more communication about my order.
What should I do? How do I receive a refund for something I haven't received yet it show's received? Any suggestions?
