Looking for Frozen Fabric...

Has anyone seen any?

I have seen a few things online but I was hoping for some advice as to the best place to get some. I don't shop at Walmart so I'm hoping that Joann's or maybe Hobby Lobby will stock it?

I saw some frozen fabric at Joanns last week, was looking at it to see if I could make a svg file from it, don't know yet
