So what did you guys think of that USAir jet landing in the Hudson River? I couldn't tear myself away from the coverage! And I actually found my eyes watering up listening to the reports. Kind of restores my faith in humanity when you hear what happened. AMazing!

My bff from college is married to a pilot and she said she cried when she watched that - I'm having trouble typing - too much frangelico in the coffee!

My Aunt is a flight Attendant and said that landing was amazing the odds of that happening are very rare it takes a very talented pilot

I rode with a United pilot who told me he wouldn't put his dog on a US Airways jet, but this incident gave me a little more faith in that airline!

I saw one shot on the NY Times website - the plane is half-submerged and the NYC skyline is in the background - just surreal!

The crew seemed to handle it perfectly. I think, from now on, I will be paying attention the Flight Attendants when they do the safety drill!

Yeah I haven't heard good things about USAir; but this wasn't a plane problem. Just a freak of nature accident. And if they're employing pilots like this guy, I wouldn't be so worried.
