Hiya all,
thanks Kara.... I'm using Weight watchers points plan again - it works (as long as I follow it). I've not cut back too much - mainly no beige food - so no pastry, cakes, cookies, potato chips, things in breadcrumbs, cheese (well, a little bit of cheese
...). But plenty of colourful food - lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, cherries, berries, cucumber, apples, oranges, broccoli, shrimps, grapes, corn on the cob, green beans, chilli beans etc - you get the picture.... Strange, but when I see it listed like that I can see why I'm losing weight!!!!!
Anyhow - it is working and I don't feel deprived since I get so much support - hubby, family, WW group and here with you guys - it is sooooooooo motivating. Also, Friday night is my night off - so I eat what I like and positively look forward to a bar of chocolate. Finally -having the willpower to do it is making me feel good too.
Working out mmmmmmmm no, well, not yet anyhow.... Though, does ironing count? When I feel like snacking between meals I do some ironing first - I don't think I have ever pressed dishcloths, bathtowels etc before in my life!!
Cheers
Tessa
