Hi ALL

DH went back to work today so Badookie and I are on our own. He's napping now and I get a few minutes of peace.

Today is a day FULL of cleaning Folding moping bathroom etc....

Also I will start MAJOR planning of our trip. I need a spreadsheet and I am waiting for Nov. TGM to come out.

You girls have been so busy so I couldn't catch up on all of the reading. I will try later on tonight.

I need a hotel for thanksgiving night near the airport that is a decent price. I am really thinking of just staying at POP for one night. We decided to come in That night and leave the next Sat.

Renee- Yeah I've marked out all of my snacks too! DH is a real foodie and loves to try things. It is strictly out of necessity. Ok so I am joking just a little bit. But hey i've laid off the touring plans.

Kara glad to hear DD is critter free. I dread the day they come to my house. I don't know one mom who hasn't had to deal with those buggers.

Cammie glad to hear DDs are getting back into the routine. Isn't that the way it always goes. You finally get settled then something comes along and throws it all off.

Tammie glad to hear you are going to have another ticker! I'm trying to figure when we will go back. DH wants more summer house time at the lake. WDW isn't really is cup of tea. I am going to have really bribe him when we are there so he will fall in love with it!

Good luck cleaning Jillian! I have to do that too. I hate changing out kids clothes. DD 17mos has grown so out come the next set of clothes. At least I kept all of DDs to drag out.

Off to the Y to get the last of the workouts in. Do you think I can tighten everything ina week? Oh well

I've been reading great things about Raglan Road - we almost tried it this trip, but went with Garden Grill instead for the characters.

I think I've got DD's hair all taken care of - what a pain this weekend was! At least twice a day I did a "nit check." She is affectionately my little Nit Wit now!!!!!! Hey, if you can't laugh in the face of lice..... well, whatever!

Good tips to know about CRT not being worth it - but would you do it once? DD is already princess crazy. I just thought that would be a big deal to a little one -eating in the castle

We did it once but certainly never again ... It was amazing just for the look on DD's face as for the food and service awful awful

OK, calming down now. Each time I do a nit check, I think she's clean and then I'll check later and find 2 or 3! Plus, I make DH check me out each night too, cause DD and I had a "slumber party" last Tuesday! But this morning she looked good, and since the nurse at school didn't call today, I'll take that as a good sign.

I just emptied all the junk out of my bags/backpacks for the trip. I've been carrying my Overland Donner bag around town, and so I had to clean our receipts, etc. Plus, leaving my wallet at home and just tuck ID, couple credit cards and insurance card, into the bag I'm carrying that day. I'm at about maximum stress level now - what am I forgettting???????????????????

Oh yeh i found them the night before we flew to WDW and we were up half the night treating them, she had them for the whole 3 weeks whilst there, despite treating them many times and then for another 3 weeks when we got home, believe me we were so sick and tired of them by the end of it all .. i decided to cut her hair as it was quite long she now has it shoulder length and must wear it up everyday to school no matter what

Well, I've been you tubing for the last hour - at least I'm pretty much caught up with work. Tonight it's time to tackle the bathrooms!!!!! I still haven't packed my clothes. How soon do y'all normally pack clothes??? I know I'll end up ironing every morning anyway...... but I just hate to pack so soon.

I am now officially junk packed though. Autograph books,medicinies, hotel stuff, ziplocks, etc, etc, etc...... So that's a huge relief!

I still have a couple of loads of laundry to do to make sure that DH has enough shorts. He doesn't understand that when I say I'm done with laundry for Disney, that means that you can't wear those clothes!!!!!!!

Then sometime this week I still have to make about 12 more shirts. Why did I volunteer for this????

Hi Girls...Did you think you lost me!?
Oh my what a day! First off it’s cold, wet and snowy! Yuck! The day started out with me driving an hour to get my brother to bring him to work and an hour back because his truck completely died.

I get home and my Mom leaves. 5 minutes later she calls me to tell me that her brakes went out!!! I went and got her and took care of getting it towed and taking her on her errands and the day was over! All day in and out of the car, running around in this crappy *** weather! My Mom got a call from the doctor that she needs to go on another medication because they saw another bacteria in her culture and the doggie has been moping around not feeling good today so my Mom is in the dumps. Oh well…tomorrow’s another day. The weather will still be crappy but maybe I will be able to get something done.

Wow - weird day on our thread. Where is everybody??? Got 2 bathrooms completely cleaned, one about 1/2 done and the other just the potty. It just never ends!!! But I've got laundry going so tomorrow will get DH and I completely packed. Then finish the bathrooms. Won't mop any floors until Saturday after DH takes the dog to the kennel. Great dog, love him dearly, but boy can he track up the floors! Then on Wednesday I'll do the shirts, Thursday is dusting day (including the baseboards that have been neglected since I lost my cleaning lady!), then Friday is just vacuum and touch up. See? I actually have a plan! Saturday morning we'll make sure it's all ready to go, then head to the pool for a nice relaxing couple of hours before we get invaded later that afternoon. Then Sunday is D-Day!!!!!

Hi Guys! Sorry haven't been around today either. Crazy day here too today - alot of running around in very lousy weather! Nothing seemed to go right today.

Debbie - Hope your mom -- and the doggie -- feel better soon!

Kara - You get too much done in a day; you put us all to shame! And, I am feeling better, thanks for asking. Took Renee's advice and popped a couple of Tums last night; that burning feeling went away!

Actually, it doesn't always burn; it seems to get aggravated by certain foods; which makes me think it could be an ulcer. Trust me though, I'm not doubled over in constant pain - that I would have checked out. A combination of stress and bad diet every once in awhile leads to the discomfort. Thanks for looking out for me though, Debbie!

Actually, it doesn't always burn; it seems to get aggravated by certain foods; which makes me think it could be an ulcer. Trust me though, I'm not doubled over in constant pain - that I would have checked out. A combination of stress and bad diet every once in awhile leads to the discomfort. Thanks for looking out for me though, Debbie!

They took away our internet except for not on breaks. Yuck!

I have all my clothes packed. I still have to get the undies, etc into the bags but that won't be until Sunday night.

Now should I only carry CC, ID, insurance card and KTK? What else do you have in your bags?

I tried to get started on my cleaning but had to break out new clothes for DD. I got nominated to create the springfest gift baskets for our kindergarden. No pressure or anything, the kids just win a party for the best desgined basket? WHT??? shouldn't I get the prize Hopefully we'll bring in some $$ the school needs it. Our enrollement will be down next year. They think it is because the economy sucks. Private, religious school is expensive but very worth IMO. Our area schools aren't too hot.

My house will be a bomb when I get home Dsis is staying there watchin dogs. That should be interesting. I'll get it presentable and then just let the chips fall where they may. I do mean that litterally.

Cammie, about 5 or 6 years, after eating a wonderful black eyed pea salad (my fave summer side dish!), I had DH take me to the ER around midnight that night because I had such severe stomach pain - not cramps, actualy pain to the point that I was doubled over and crying. The ER doc diagnosed it as gastritis (where the stomach lining gets twisted), but then a week later when I followed up with my doc, he diagnosed as acid reflux with a hiatal hernia. I took the Zantac for awhile and now I just get occasional heartburn and use Tums. You really should get it looked at.

I'm actually leaving a house key with one of the neighbors this trip. I'll have her come over and water my plants one or two times while we're gone, and bring in the mail, etc. I've only known her for a few months but we've become pretty close in that time. Even DH totally trusts her, but it's still kinda weird for me.

Then my other neighbors, who are totally awesome to hang out with, but not so sure I'd want them to have my house key, were over the other night to hlep DH move a TV and they were blown away by the notecards I have made, the planning notebook, the t-shirts. They want me to help them plan their trip in July to GF! Apparently it's a business trip for 5 days they they are adding on another 5 at the corporate rate. How cool! But they haven't made a single ADR, haven't looked at anything. I told her I'd be more than happy to help her out when I get back! But I gave them this website and told them to start looking over menus and such so we can plan ADRs when I get home.

I just don't get how people can actually enjoy the trip to WDW if they have no idea going into it???

Off to shower then get some work done this AM - I might even do some work that I'm PAID to do!!!
