Looking for Control Freaks & Worry Warts - Part 4!!!

I am already bugging out about my January trip with another family...there will be 8 of us, 4 adults and a 4, 4, 3, and 2 y/o. Am thinking about making a tentative itinerary based on last year's EMH/park hours. What do you control freaks and worry warts think?

By all means, plan! It's what we do best! Are you talking about Jan 2010? Why don't they have park hours yet? Did they drop those back to 90 days too? Love your Blog, BTW

Ok enough said i will be joining the rest of the hoards on Oct 27th then hahhahahahaha and we will just have to cross fingers .. i need to book early really because there are soooo many of us ..
We have 17+baby for breakies then Cj's dinner is 21 as my friend and her fam are joining us, plus ya know if any of my fellow CFWW girls are there feel free to come join the party

We are booking .. Ohanas .. CP .. Chef Mickeys .. Donalds safari .. Cj's surprise breakie 1900 Park fare .. CRT for some but not all of us .. T-rex for surprise b'day dinner .. and last the cheating on the mouse by booking spidey and cat in the hat breakie

When I wrote that, I really meant I would plan and dream for future trips just to get me through, but I just realized - we are planning a couple - Texas in Dec, Pheonix and Vegas in March - maybe Texas again in June, and then our cruise in Oct. I guess I will need some tickers


I am giddy. I am enjoying almost an hour of pure quietness, while Tay is outside, Megan is in her room, and Darrin ran to the store (No, don't be shocked--we all know that's not something he does by himself. He wanted to pick up a pair of slacks and a belt. He's outgrowing some of his. We need to hit the gym.). I am on the computer in the evening, undisturbed! Have a great evening, all!!

Megan is better -- was almost better yesterday, and is much better today. She doesn't have N1H1 (I didn't think that she did), but one of the boys in our band carpool does. I may have already said that today. I have procrastinated on getting our flu shots, but plan on taking the girls Saturday. I am sure there will be a nice, long line at Walgreens...

I finished my WDW trip countdown calendar. Whoo, hoo!

I'm glad Megan is better. According to Jim, the flu shot they have out now is for the regular flu, and then we need the N1H1 when they come out. I've been getting the lecture - maybe I should go to Albertson's and get one tomorrow.

Hi girls CRAZY week here.

Mike's aunt passed away on Friday the aunt he lived with when he came back to the states we had to plan everything and fly family in from Italy etc.. He and his wife had been married for 42 years. He is so heart broken it just makes me so SAD. My poor husband.
Now dealing with the inlaws They are already Fighting with everyone and want the aunt that just passed aways money Why they think they have a right to it I am not sure she has a husband doesn't it go to him???

and now I have pneumonia. Not letting it get to me though. I am booking Disney tomorrow

We are staying at POR and that 4 for 7 deal helped pave the way to a fantastic trip

I am planning to take my mind off of everything else Woo Hoo

How is everyone? Can someone catch me up?

One more question Has anyone been to Universal? Where should we eat? Which Park with Luca?

There is one TS restaurant at US IOA that is rated the best TS restaurant of all amusement parks, but can't recall the name.

I would take him to IOA - there's a whole Dr Seuss land there, and some family attractions. And its a beautiful park, too.....

I feel like I am constantly on the go these days but never feel like I am getting enough done! I am sure you can all relate.

Unfortunately it says online i can't book anymore than 9 so yep that's us done for grgrgggrgrgrg apart from 1 that i am booking for my cuz .. CRT for the little ones, i am not a fan of there, awful food, awful service, really expensive, however for the ambience and princessess with little girls definitely a must do

I've been away for sometime and I see you guys have been busy! We've been crazy doing Girl Scout things the last few days. Just added 5 new girls last night - so exciting! DD10 has been doing great. Talked with her councilor today and we need to find her a social skills club - still working on it.

Glad to hear everyone's trips were fun! So jealous! I'm just glad to be back on here with my friends!

Jillian - Whoo, hooo! Happy booking day to you! Sorry to hear about Mike's aunt and your illness. I am glad you have the happiness of planning your trip to get your mind off of things!

Deb - I didn't realize your trip was so close! Yeah for you! I hear ya about the year flying by. I am so guilty of rushing the days because work is my least favorite thing and place to be, and I know I really shouldn't do that. It is going fast enough. When is that wedding?!

Tina - Glad to hear about your daughter. I am curious to know what kind of club you find. I was worried about my younger daughter, too, but she has joined confirmation class at church, and I think it might be what she needs to get over it. She never wanted to do anything or go anywhere w/kids her age besides Girl Scouts (besides playing w/her friends). Glad you are having fun w/GS. Our troop has only had 2 meetings this year, and no fun activities yet. We skipped a parade last weekend that we usually do every year. I think our leader has stuff going on. I do need to check w/her to see if she needs some help. There's just so much to do...

Tammie - What movie do you watch on the Travel Channel? Just curious! I always notice how late your posts are!

BabyB - Hope you had fun w/your photo book! What a special gift.

I worked concession stand at the HS JV football game last night - straight from work to there - 5:30-10:45, home at 11, and couldn't go to sleep right away. I am going to nod off at my desk today!

I'm in Phase I of the South Beach Diet...need to drop some serious pounds! My goal is to be in an 8 (comfortably) by January. I am squeezing into it now-should probably be a 10. I am the fattest (non-pregnant) I have ever been and I hate it. My BMI is high too.

Hence the weight loss ticker!
