Looking for contact info for Magical Express.

Service was great leaving the airport but our bus and the one scheduled after ours never showed up at OKW this past weekend. We ended up getting taxis (bell services covered the charges) but I'd love to write to Magical Express to voice my concerns. Anyone know of an email or snail mail address?

No need to write. The fact they had to get you taxis gave the incident post mortem crews enough information to go by.

Any modifications to the return trip that seem necessary can wait until after you get there and those can be done and/or redone at the ME welcoming area when you get off at Orlando Airport, or even at your resort up until a day before you check out and return home.

Well I'd still like to write - not just to complain about the lack of service from ME but also to compliment the bell services staff who were looking out for us. If anyone has this info please post! Thanks!

That's the only address in the entire packet, and it's on the envelope the packet came in. Obviously I save way too much stuff!!

The general Disney Guest Services address works just fine... the PO Box above is that address. They will forward it onto each department involved.

You might call Mears Transportation in Orlando, Florida. The busses and drivers belong to that company. Although considered Disney busses the dispatching is done by Mears. The number for motor coach service is 407-839-1570.

I don't think the fact that you had to get taxis prompted anyone about the bus incident, unless the transportation was paid for by the Mears group, through what they call an APL voucher. The taxi you rode in was probably a Mears Transportation taxi.
