Looking for Christmas Gift Exchange Ideas

We are a party of 8 adults staying at SSR this Christmas. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for unique/easy gift exchanges while on property? Half of our party is flying so luggage space is limited. I would like for us to be able to have some kind of simplified present opening on Christmas morning.

I would suggest picking names and setting a price limit prior to arrival - you can also let all participants know there is limited space in luggage. Each person can then decide what they would like to bring to exchange on Christmas morning. Alternative would be to do the name picking and setting the limit upon arrival and then everyone can shop for something small while on the trip - not sure if wrapping would be possible, however, if you go that route. Unless you are thinking of everyone buying gifts for all 8 guests?

Either the secret santa or a yankee swap. Secret Santa would be more expedient.

I agree with others and just pick names plus just a little something for your family. Maybe Disney Gift Cards so they can purchase something while on the trip or a clothing item they could wear to the park?

What about an ornament exchange? Easy to pack that.
