Looking for Boardwalk Villa in Feb 2004

I am looking to stay at either a studio or 1 bedroon boardwalk villa for three nights anytime between Feb 5 through Feb 15. I have never done this before. How can I purchase points and how do I know if a villa is available?

Because it is less than 7 months before you want to go to BWV then any DVC points
will do. You need to find a member with points for rent that are available now and expire after end of February 2004. The going rate for points is usually $10 per point.

The choice of days for your 3 nights will affect the total number of points as Friday and Saturday nights about double Sunday to Thursday nights. Also there is standard view or preferred view. The least number of points is a standard view studio for Sunday to Tuesday night at 33 points and highest is 140 points for a one bedroom
preferred over a weekend.

It is not long to mid February and availability will be limited. Also as it is nearly within 30 days then cancellation will be very difficult for the points owner so he may request payment in full before making the booking.

The checking of availability and making the reservation is done by the owner of the DVC points but once the reservation is made then you can call Member Services to check.

I need more information as to preferrable dates between Feb5-15 for 3 days and whether you are wiiling to pay the higher point s for the weekends. The points are $10.00 per point to rent.
