Looking for an updated design from a previous Disigner

Hi there,
We have a design from an old trip that Marne made for us. It is an initial filled with a character and then the character standing near it. Since we have added a new member to the family I need an initial. I've checked her old photobucket but she doesn't seem to have a V. I'm wondering if someone can make me a V like this but with Piglet?
