You will be restricted considerably if you just search for a 3 bedroomed.
There are just 3 of us but to be honest I am not sure if we have ever stayed in a 3 bedroomed home, certainly haven't for a very long time.
That's mainly because there aren't as many around at the developments we like or prefer.
Many of what we consider to be the nicer and better located areas tend to be 4 bedrooms and upwards, in addition prices can vary because of a number of factors and how much the owners choose to charge.
A 4 bed home for example at Windsor Hills would on average cost at least £100 per week more than one say on Eagle Pointe.
You could filter your search on the websites below which may help, but I wouldn't necessarily rule out a larger home.
