looking for a room in april

My family DH, DD almost 3 and myself will be going to the world from 4-25 to 4-30. I am looking for a place to stay in the near by area. We have a car but would like to be close to the parks. I have a reservation at the Nikki Bird but have read some scary things about it. So I am looking for something that is priced around $50 to $55 a night that is clean. We dont need a fancy pool as my parents are staying onsite and we can use the pool near them if we want. I would like a fridge in the room but that is not nessary. Thanks ~KPmom (Mandy)
