Looking for a "Proud to Serve" DISign

We're leaving on Sunday so if anyone could help, I would be eternally grateful. I found one that Michelle did and I PM'd her, but haven't heard back. I know that her plate is pretty full right now and I totally understand. We're going to try and get my DH, who is Active Duty Navy, signed up for the Flag Ceremony while we're there and would love for him to be able to wear a special shirt. We'd also like to make shirts for the rest of our family too.

If anyone can help, we would greatly appreciate it. TIA!!!
