Looking for a name sign

I work at an school and just got moved to a new classroom for next year and want to decorate in Mickey Mouse. I was wondering if someone could make me a sign type thing I can print out and frame with my name; Mrs. Scott. It can me like a letter fill or how ever. Just want something cute with my name that I can frame and sit on my desk. Also, a binder/planner cover with mickey or a mickey head that says Mrs. Scott as well. Thanks in advance.

I was working on some things last night and realized I don't know the size of your frame?
I am assuming standard 8 1/2 x 11 will work for the binder?

The frame will be 5x7 and yes binder is 8 1/2x11. Thank you very much!
