Looking for a map with restaurant locations

I don't know if this is available somewhere, but I'm looking for an overall park map with restaurant locations on it. I really hate having to flip through map after map to figure where each restaurant is located. I'd like to see something comprehensive all on one page. Is that available somewhere?

On the Disney site you can customise maps and print them out (or if in US you can order them I believe). I think one of the options on there is to add resturants so you could just add the resturants to an empty map and print them
