Looking for a good TA

Who is your favorite TA?

What do you need in a TA? Disney cruise knowledgeable -the people who run this board are well rated and knowledgeable. A TA who knows you - try a local one who you can visit. Just want the money - use Costco.

Definitely Dreams Unlimited! They are the experts with tons of knowledge and offer an on board credit (free money for you!). They sponsor these boards too, keeping them running for all of us!

What do you need in a TA? That helps us define “good”.


For me a “good” TA doesn’t make me get a quote and let’s me just book through their system. And gives me good onboard credit or a nice amount back somehow. And doesn’t handhold. So I use costcotravel.com.

But your definition of good might be different.

I liked dreams unlimited because I can pay online and I get an on board credit. But i don’t want a luck of the draw. I want someone who will give personal attention.

We went with Dreams Unlimited because they ran the board. They've been great. You can do pretty much everything online, so you're not losing anything. And if you need their expertise they're there. And on board credit.

I also like Dreams Unlimited. Their on board credit is great and they seem to offer you as little or as much help as you want from their end.

The one time we used a TA it was Dreams Unlimited as well. I didn't have a name when I did the onboard booking, so just gave them the company name. It turned out very well, with the onboard credit and they even refunded me some money when the cruise got closer because the price dropped. The drawback is that you can't make any changes to your reservation yourself, it is all done through your TA.
