Looking for a good, all-around multi-vitamin

for my 4 year old son and for me and my husband. Would like one that has the basics plus a fruit/veggie combo if possible (we don't eat enough fruits and veggies).

don't buy any in a general type store, go to a healthfood store,and buy a whole foods,all natural one. The garbage sold as 'vitamins' is shocking,look for no artificial color,flavors, fillers,sweeteners....only natural sources-
if you're paying for vitamins to boost nutrition,don't waste money on junk-
the nutritional components that are manufactured artificially do not metabolize in your body the way naturally occurring vitamins and minerals do-
Trader Joes has a few acceptable choices for multi vites-
but a vitamin can only help, it doesn't replace actual real foods....

If you google it...there was recently a news story that studied vitamins. Most of the labels lie about what is in them...including health store brands. The highest ranked children's vitamin was actually Flintstones.
