Looking for a Disney site with sounds...

A few years ago I heard about a website someone here on the DIS new about where you could get sound clips/WAVs from WDW that could be used on your computer, when it starts up or shuts down, does anyone know where I can find something like this??

Does anyone know what Im talking about??

Does anyone know HOW you apply the sound WAVs to your computer? I DL the "monorail wav" to sound when my computer is shutting down but now I cant figure out how to get it in the right folder to apply it???
