Hi everyone,
I've been searching a few photo forums trying to come up with a good camera to fit some interesting requirements. I've learned a lot by reading these forums, and everyone has always been very helpful with suggestions for new cameras.
I'm starting a new job, and need a good compact or sub-compact P&S. I need the camera to be good in low-light and macro situations. I could care less about manual controls, lots of megapixels etc. -- the low-light and macro are the key features. I'd also prefer to get the camera used - in my job things left deep down in bags have a habit of walking and I actually want the camera to look a little beaten up. I have a Sony Alpha100 that I adore but in no way, shape, or form do I want to bring it with me to work on a daily basis. If it helps, it will be used to take pictures of ocular pathology. After a few days of research, I'm really no closer to an answer now then I was then.
If anyone has any thoughts, I'd love to hear them.
Thanks!
