Looking for a DHS "Passport" or booklet

I am looking to make a book for DD with an Epcot Passport, AK Passport, and I hope something for DHS. I have not found anything like this yet and I was wondering if someone could share a link or create something like this? I have until Nov. I am not even sure what DHS has to offer in reguards to this. Thank you so much!!!

DD is only 2 so I was hoping there was something like the passports for Epcot and the Kids Discovery Club at AK for DHS. Nothing major. And doesn't need to be through Disney like these are (I am not even sure they do anything like this there!). Even just a map where we can mark where we have been. I am not real sure how to explain it! LOL! I want to make a hardback book to take with us that has a section for each park that we can have as a keepsake. I guess it is more for me, lol! I know this isnt much help! Any and all ideas are welcome! It's one of those times I know what I want but just can't figure out what it is really. Journal pages would be great if they had a blank space for her to draw instead of right maybe?
