OK the alarm was set for 6am so we could be out of the house by 7am in time to catch the train.... Well around 5:45 or so I heard crying and of course me being a mom I jumped up and noticed that mine were still in bed.. Nope not mine it was Laci... I could hear Tara trying to calm her down not to wake up the house... Aww no big deal we have to get up anyways... so my kids finally wake up and get moving and then came the hard part.................. THE BOYS.... I thought Anthony was hard to get up and I was the only one that had this problem.... WRONG by the end of the weekend let me tell ya that Tyler and Anthony were cut from the same cloth.... So much alike... But today they surprised both of us
and we getting up and getting dressed....
So after we switch over the car seats and get the strollers in the car... (side note: Tara left her stroller outside all night and guess what it rained
) but that was ok it was still dry... We head out to the train station... Yep you guessed it folks rain and all we head out.... Hey we are
Limeys we can do anything... So we drive around to find the train station... OK here are the tracks where is the station.... Ok finally find it... We park and run yes I said run to the loading area.... Hey just because we are
Limeys doesn't mean we won't melt... Sugar does melt you know...
We get our round trip tickets to NYC and board right away.... My kids have never been on a train before so they were all excited....

Can you tell they all kept switching seats... Hey it was a 45 minute ride and to little ones that like FOREVER......
On our way Tara calls Kelly to see if her and April made their train and they did we all agreed to call when we get there....
We get to Penn Station... and man let me tell you from my experience don't and I mean don't go if you have a stroller.... Tara and I must of walked up and down stairs FOREVER... A stroller is not light plus having to drag along 5 kids with us... But hey we are SUPERWOMEN we can do it... No Mary I didn't say SuperB****** I said SUPERWOMEN...
We get a hold of Kelly and she says she is in front of Starbucks... So off we go.... Its over here... No its over here... Hey those steps look familiar.... I gotta go potty.... Ok here's a borders they always have a potty in there so off we go... We go up the elevator and then I notice Emily only has one shoe... Great... We send the boys off to find the shoe... I take Nick into the bathroom to go potty and while I was gone Tara said some CM at borders brought up em's shoe... Ok has everyone gone to the bathroom? Good OK lets find Kelly... Yep you guessed it we still haven't found her yet....
KELLY WHERE ARE YOU KELLY?? WE CAN'T FIND YOU.... KELLY Ok lets fast forward a bit... back through Penn station... up the stairs ..... down the stairs.... up the stairs..... down the stairs..... Ok call her again tell her to come to us..... Well after LOTS of more phone calls we finally meet up with her and her cousin April.... Now they had their kids with them as well.. I'll let Kelly introduce them to you in her addition of this tr...
OK we are all together... Where do you want to go first? I don't know where do you want to go? So Tara takes the lead and off she goes.... {insert music for the witch from the wizard of Oz..
} Rain and all we go... Tara... Boys don't walk through the deep puddles go around them {dope} too late... Ok its only water and lots of other yucky stuff you'll be fine... We go on and on and then finally look up.....
I'm in awe.... To see this on tv is one thing but to actually see it in person is another...
Of first place we want to stop TOYS R US.... AND THERE IT IS...
