So happy to see your pre-trippy!

I found your old trip reports after they were already done. luv'd them! Can I come along for the ride?

I lived in LA before I was married and never went to DL. My DH grew up there and visited several times as a child. We've been thinking about planning a trip to CA. It's been about 25 years (showing my age, eeek).

I must confess I am a seasoned professional lurker but am really trying to post more. Can't wait to hear about your adventures. Even if I don't post, just know I will be watching you.

And hi to the rest of the family. Can't wait to see how Princess Norah has grown. Are we going to see some pictures soon? And most important...Have you been shopping?

I was just listening to a podcast about DL. It's true... you can easily park hop back and forth several times during the day if you want to. POC is supposed to be the best there. Looking forward to hearing more about your plans.

Not to burst your bubble, but the Matterhorn will be closed for refurbishing the whole time you're in Disneyland. heavy sigh. Happens to us too. a lot. At least Splash Mtn will be re-opened. And hopefully Indiana Jones won't have a nervous breakdown whilst you're there.

We really like Embassy Suites. Does that makes us snobs? Nope, DH just loves their breakfasts cuz I don't often fix breakfast. (If he's lucky I'll do drive through at Jack in the Box.) But now that DH has creaky knees we've joined the scooter set and stay at one of the Disneyland hotels so we can drive scooters through DTD to get to the main gate. Yeah, I know, life is hard, but old age HAS to have some perks.

UtahMama! I have checked occasionally to see when you might be traveling to Disney again - love your TRs! Went through SLC on a road trip a couple of years ago - thought about you.
