This reminds me of a receptionist at DM's doctor's office. Her fingernails were at least 6 inches long, and some "curly-cued" at the end. Every time she would hand something to me, or take something from me, my skin would crawl. Ewww. I suspect I wasn't the only one to mention it to the doctors/nurses, as I've noticed that her nails are much shorter now.
