Long wait times for buses to and from Saratoga Springs

We are in Disney and experiencing long wait times for buses to and from Saratoga. Anyone else having the same difficulties? We waited 45 minutes for a bus to MGM on 11/22. An MGM bus came in 30 minutes, but passed us up because it was too full. 15 min. later we finally got our ride. I realize it is a holiday week, but doesn't Disney take that into account and put more buses out there?

Is there a phone at the bus stop at SSR? If so pick it up and speak to the transportation people after 20 minutes or if there are a lot of people at the stop waiting to go to the same place.

We used the phone a couple of time when we stayed at CBR. It was very helpful. Once we waited just over 20 minutes for a bus to MGM and used the phone. I bus came by in about five minutes but it was full. The driver said they already knew a bus was needed and one was on its way. The second bus pulled up as the first bus pulled away

And whether there's a phone or not, talk to someone at SSR about the issue while you're there - Bell Manager, Lobby Concierge, Hotel Manager, whatever.

We enjoy SSR, but had the same issue. I think more bus stops are needed there, too. It is a very big resort....and growing! We usually do without a car, but I recommend having one available while there.
