Long Shot! The OLD Tuskerhouse menu question

Way back when...the old Tuskerhouse was counter service and THE BEST place to eat in the park, there was a dish on the menu that came with Salmon, rice, and vegi. It was the most scrumptious dish I have EVER had anywhere on Disney property.

Is there anywhere that serves that same Salmon dish?

I noticed Sunshine seasons has one. Does anyone know if it is the same thing?

Why oh why did they change that restaurant? It was our fave counter service!

The one at Seasons isn't the same. It was our favorite too! I did find the corn chowder recipe that came along with it and make it regularly. Maybe you can look on thr recipe thread if you cook?

It was our favorite place as well. Sad they changed it over to a table service place.

We miss the old Tusker house, also. Loved the green beans that they served there! Wish they never changed it.

Sunshine Seasons is the only one I can think of that serves a salmon dish, and no it is not the same thing.
