I've noticed there are a lot of people from Long Island on the teen boards so I'd figure I'd start a thread


I live on LI and Im about 10 minutes from the end, its weird to think that ten miles down the road from my house is a huge body of water that ends in Europe


So, who else is from Long Island????????????

Thats where my aunt and uncle and grandparents live. (My grandma lived there too)

Its 10 minutes away from where I live.

So, what is everyones favand least fav part of living on LI

My fav part is being so close to New England and NYC but yet being in a whole different place and world.

My least fav part is its boring and even though its close to New England and NYC its a bit secluded from the rest of the U.S. My town is so small even some people I've met that live on LI havent heard of it. I guess to sum my problem up, its an island and islands tend to be a bit secluded. I wish sometimes I lived on land where I didnt have to take a boat or bridge to go somewhere else
